Energetic Probate and Estate Planning Paralegal
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Florida Paralegal to join our team. Our main office is located in Hollywood, FL, and this position is offered as an in-person role for the right candidate.
You must demonstrate successful experience working in a remote environment.

Compensation :
- Salary : $55,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities :
- Organize files efficiently to ensure smooth workflow within the firm.
- Schedule and manage important events and deadlines accurately.
- Assist clients in completing legal forms and provide support throughout the process.
- Prepare drafts of letters and court documents for attorney review.
- Create reports and legal documents under attorney supervision.
- Communicate updates to clients promptly and gather necessary information.
- Aid attorneys in case preparation for hearings.
- Assist attorneys during meetings and provide necessary support.
- Attend weekly case management meetings and maintain accurate case file updates.
- Perform backup tasks such as e-filing, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
- Notarize documents as needed.
- Undertake any other assigned tasks effectively.
Qualifications :
- Candidates must have completed a paralegal professional certification or possess an advanced paralegal education.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills are a must.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Florida Probate paralegal is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Florida Estate Planning is required.
- A high school diploma is required; however, additional training at a college or university is preferred.
- Proficiency in document-building software such as WealthCounsel and / or Westlaw Form Builder is required, though similar software experience will be considered.
- Proficiency in Clio Manage is required, though similar practice management software experience will be considered.
- Familiarity with Google Mail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar is preferred but not mandatory.
- Typing speed of 60-100 WPM is required.
