Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Mortgage Loan Administration Associate in Commercial Real Estate and Syndicated Lending Operations as a part of Commercial Banking Operations Division.

In this role, you will :

• Participate in or provide support for low complexity loan administration initiatives within Transactions and Processing
• Review basic or tactical issues, policies or procedures for loan transactions, which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low to medium risk tasks and deliverables
• Perform research and testing related to projects, such as industry studies and management reports
• Receive direction from supervisor to perform credit research and investigation of existing and prospective clients and counterparties
• Exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of Transactions and Processing, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with managers, colleagues and stakeholder, including internal external customers if applicable

Required Qualifications :

6+ months of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications :

• Microsoft Office Application Proficiency
• 2 years of Commercial Banking Experience

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.

The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$22.36 - $33.51
