Functional & Technical Knowledge

The minimum requirements we seek

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
• 10-15+ years of experience in Manufacturing battery processing and related technologies.
• Experience in program execution and manufacturing plant leadership is key.
• Demonstrated leadership in executing and implementing large-scale projects.
• Outstanding knowledge of battery process equipment, statistical methods, and problem solving.
• A collaborative leadership style is necessary to influence and build meaningful relationships between JV (Joint Venture) Partner, JV and Ford executives.

Our preferred requirements

• Master's or advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
• A charismatic communicator that can articulate a clear vision and mission and inspire others.
• Ability to work within high degrees of ambiguity, developing processes and procedures concurrent with the work, while also demonstrating an ability to deliver objectives.
