We are currently looking to expand into the commercial residential property market. We are looking for a creative senior level manager who is excited about joining an entrepreneurial team to help develop an innovative and profitable commercial residential property program for Florida.
Candidates must have experience in both product development and underwriting as well as being able to model and analyze risks in the market.

This position is a director level reporting to a member of the Executive Committee and is part of the corporate leadership team.
The position is located at the Corporate Headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida. Relocation assistance will be offered to a candidate from out of the area.

Create a detailed business plan that aligns to the commercial residential opportunities in the Florida market including opportunities, risk parameters, underwriting requirements, and Use your expertise to develop commercial residential underwriting activities and processes to address all aspects of potential risk.
Partner with the risk management team to develop guidelines, forms, and procedures regarding risk exposure, application requirements, and other related activities.
Collaborate and coordinate with leaders across the organization to meet the goals and objectives of the program.Monitor performance, analyze data, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement of the program.
Assist in setting financial targets, budget development and monitoring.
