ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in executing the annual SOX 404 compliance effort such as testing control effectiveness, summarizing and reporting test results.
- Updates and maintains documentation, such as testwork, control matrix, and flowcharts.
- Manages the timely and effective completion of assigned audit procedures.
- Assists external auditors in SOX work where applicable
- Participates in the planning and execution of audit programs related to other non-SOX corporate audits.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
- 3-5 years of auditing experience required. Public accounting experience preferred. Professional certification (CPA, CIA) preferred.
- Problem solver and ability to think analytically.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to focus on priorities in order to successfully achieve deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of departments and personalities to achieve quality results.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, accounting systems, and other business-related software systems.
The pay range for this role in Beaverton, OR is between $88,900 and $116,655. The pay range may differ in other locations.
