We are looking for a friendly, tech-savvy retail sales associate to join our innovative retail store in Columbus, OH. You will use the latest retail tech tools to create connections with customers and provide excellent service.
Responsibilities :
- Greet customers when they enter the store and discover their needs
- Demonstrate products to showcase features and build value; provide personalized recommendations
- Process transactions smoothly using smart registers and mobile checkout
- Organize store layouts and interactive product displays using digital floorplans
- Utilize the dashboard to analyze inventory levels, customer data, and sales metrics
- Engage customers through social platforms and follow up on purchases via CRM tools
Requirements :
- 1+ years working in a retail environment
- Passion for customer experience and learning new technologies
- Ability to collaborate using workplace communication tools
- Adaptability to learn new platforms and systems
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and present merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds
