Holladay Ventures is a Real Estate Development company looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage affordable housing development ranging from 200 to 400+ unit communities.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, which vary in scale and complexity.
This position will be in charge of leading the design and construction of affordable housing and mixed-use communities, liaising with and managing our third-party design partners, and coordinating with our Development team.
This role will also act as an owner's rep during construction, coordinating inspections, plan reviews, and completed construction work with the General Contractor and Design team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage affordable housing development projects in all aspects as it relates to design and construction
- Collaborate with real estate development team to define project requirements, project delivery, cost estimate and budget, schedule and milestones, quality control, and risk identification
- Review local zoning and park covenants during initial site planning and feasibility studies
- Write and distribute RFQs and RFPs, coordinate consultant interviews, and select third-party consultants
- Review project scope with 3rd party consultants, architects and GCs
- Manage and lead team of Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, and other third-party consultants through the design process
- Supervise, prepare, and coordinate architectural documents for permit submittal and construction
- Provide construction management oversight and coordination while the project is under construction
- Manage construction budget, track and approve consultant invoices
- Work closely with the development team to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and to the requirements of our funding partners
Qualifications
- Affordable Housing experience preferred but not required
- 5+ years experience as a project manager or construction manager on multifamily and / or commercial projects
- degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field
- track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- or other relevant certifications are a plus
- Committed to key firm principles, including strong communication, team building, and excellence in design, quality control, and sustainability.
- Nashville-based or willing to relocate
