Who we are looking for

EECO seeks a Strategic Pricing Analyst to drive corporate profitability. Leveraging data and industry expertise, the Analyst will develop and implement pricing strategies that optimize revenue and margin.

The Strategic Pricing Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping EECO's pricing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics.

This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing models, analyzing market trends, and optimizing pricing decisions to maximize profitability.

Responsibilities :

• Pricing Strategy Development :
• Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with corporate goals, maximize revenue, and optimize profit margins.
• Create and maintain pricing models that accurately reflect cost structure, competitive dynamics, and customer value.
• Analyze market trends, competitive pricing, and customer behavior to identify pricing opportunities.
• Pricing Implementation and Analysis :
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation of pricing strategies.
• Monitor pricing performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze pricing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Data Analysis and Reporting :
• Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI) to analyze pricing data and generate actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive pricing reports and dashboards to track performance and communicate findings.
• Special Projects :
• Serve as the primary owner of Celerity and Profit2, overseeing integration, development, processes, and stakeholder coordination.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives related to pricing efficiency, profitability, and platform utilization.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a pricing analyst or business analyst role preferred.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location : Richmond, VA or Raleigh, NC
