Our client is a law firm in Manhattan and they are looking for a seasoned Senior Director of Operations and Claims to oversee a large team.
The Senior Director of Operations will oversee :
- Claims processing
- New client intake
- Specialists in claim processing
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Enhance operational efficiency and client responsiveness
- Oversee a team of 30+
- Develop performance metrics and improvement programs
- Identify and implement strategic changes for firm growth
- Mentor direct reports and junior staff
- Foster a transparent, collaborative environment
- Improve client satisfaction and explore new opportunities
- Ensure database integrity
- Be present in the NYC office at least four days per week
Requirements
- 15+ years of high-volume operations leadership experience, ideally in claims processing or a comparable environment
- Experience with regulated environments and compliance with HIPAA is preferred
- Expertise in handling confidential data
- Strategic and implementation skills
- Strong quantitative abilities for setting targets and managing teams
- Comfort with technology and data integration
- College degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
The salary range for this role is $180,000-$215,000, commensurate with experience.
