QMAP and / or Caregiver - Large Senior Living Community

Role Overview
Our Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan.

Current Open Shifts
- PRN - requires working 2 shifts a month
- shift coverage for :
- Day shift
- 8 hr (6a to 2 : 30p)
- 12 hr (6a to 6 : 30p
- Evening shift
- 8 hr (2p to 10 : 30p)
- Night shift
- 8 hr (10p to 6 : 30a)
- 12 hr (6p to 6 : 30a)
Responsibilities
- Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
- Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them
- Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
- Administer medications and assist with treatments per practitioners orders following safety protocols and the plan of care (if QMAP)
Qualifications
- Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
- Ability to work as a team and also independently
- A love for seniors
- Colorado QMAP Certified (if applicable)
