Job Description : As a Remote Flight Reservationist at LoneStar Voyages, you will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless flight reservations for our clients.

Responsibilities : Flight Booking : Assist clients in selecting and booking appropriate flight itineraries based on their travel preferences, budget, and schedule requirements.

Reservation Management : Handle flight reservations efficiently, including checking availability, securing bookings, and processing ticket purchases.

Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering assistance throughout the flight booking process.

Reservation Modifications : Handle flight reservation modifications and cancellations as needed, ensuring all changes are accurately processed and documented.

Knowledge of Airlines and Routes : Stay informed about various airlines, flight routes, and travel restrictions to provide valuable recommendations and assistance to clients.

Communication : Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to confirm flight reservations, provide booking details, and answer any questions they may have.

Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of all flight reservations, including client information, booking details, payment records, and communication history.

Team Collaboration : Collaborate with other team members, including travel advisors and reservation specialists, to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.
