• Learning and using our back-office system in regards to managing marketing, lead generation and training systems.· Being able to conduct phone or Zoom interviews in order to evaluate potential business partners / clients.
• Engage in the continuous online training calls that are provided weekly.· Become a product of the product by leading by example, having a positive attitude in developing, managing and nurturing your own team.
• Following all the steps and training in order to set up your business.· Keeping yourself accountable by communicating with your director.
• Offering support and mentorship in assisting others in achieving their personal and business goalsCompetencies : · Doing your own research in developing marketing plans and platforms to use for online advertising.
• Being able to follow the guidance of our international business partner and leadership team.· Able to handle challenges when they arise and be proactive, solution oriented.
