Practice Development Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a Practice Development Specialist at our Southern California location.

The Practice development specialist provide post-sale support by consistently engaging with customers and providing impactful strategies to ensure their practice operates optimally, resulting in increased revenue and profitability.

By ensuring the success of customer practices, this role drives increased consumable sales for Sinclair.

The ideal candidate must live in Phoenix area or Southern California, and must have experience in a similar position and / or experience working in an aesthetic clinic.

Hours of work : 40

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for 100 accounts in their territory (subject to change)
• Represent the company professionally
• Follow all processes and strategies given by Sinclair
• Attend mandatory company meetings every Monday (subject to change)
• Provide accounts with practice development strategies provided by Sinclair
• Complete and submit documents by deadlines to be provided by Sinclair
• Respond to accounts promptly; no later than 24 hours of contact
• Keep a well-maintained appearance. Wear black scrubs and if appropriate a black blazer. Wear well-maintained tennis shoes or healthcare shoes

Your Skills & Experience Do You Have What it Takes?

Essential :

• Must live in Phoenix area or Southern California
• Must be motivated and willing to travel extensively across a large territory
• Experience in a similar position and / or experience working in an aesthetic clinic
• Ability to drive results in a team environment

Desirable :

Experience in a similar position not necessary but a positive
