Medical Receptionist

Responsibilities :
- Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and compassion
- Coordinate appointment schedules and maintain accurate records
- Organize and maintain documentation in compliance with regulations
- Manage correspondence and communications effectively
- Assist in data management and reporting as required
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of medical office experience
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
