Division : Clean Energy Location : Long Island City, NY Position Description : The ideal candidate will plan, coordinate, and implement large-scale projects within the estimated budget, timeline, and scope.

They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, and project team members.

We are seeking a skilled and qualified electrical Project Manager with prior contracting experience to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will coordinate and supervise all electrical aspects of the projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards of E-J.

As a Senior Project Manager at E-J, you will collaborate with various teams, communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, and play a crucial role in delivering successful electrical projects for our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities : Attend and run project meetings collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Thoroughly understand project requirements, scope, and objectives. Create and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely project completion.

Liaise with field supervision to provide adequate resources for a successful project and ensure the satisfaction of budgeted production units.

Define roles and responsibilities for and manage required project staff including assistant project managers, field engineers, project engineers, and administrative assistants.

Ensure accurate project documentation is being maintained by project staff, such as progress reports, submittal / RFI / correspondence logs, monthly billing, and project closeout documents.

Promptly and effectively address any project-related issues, conflicts, or delays, seeking solutions that maintain project progress.

Identify, estimate, prepare, and negotiate change orders. Develop comprehensive project budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost-saving measures when possible.

Procure and coordinate necessary materials, equipment, and subcontractors for each project scope. Evaluate project team performance, providing feedback, coaching, and training as needed.
