Business Technology Integrators (BTI) in Upper Marlboro, MD we are seeking a Network Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design, implement, and manage network infrastructures including WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, and SD-Branch .
The role involves working with leading network vendors such as CISCO, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Juniper Networks to ensure network performance, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and manage network infrastructures (WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, SD-Branch).
- Configure and maintain network devices from CISCO, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Juniper Networks .
- Troubleshoot network issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Implement network security protocols and ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to enhance network solutions.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer .
- Experience with WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, and SD-Branch architectures.
- Hands-on expertise with CISCO, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Juniper devices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of routing / switching protocols.
- Preferred certifications : CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE , or equivalent.
Education :
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience preferred.
