KeySource is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our growing Warehouse team.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Management, development, and training of staff.
- Compliance with DEA, OSHA, city, state, and federal regulations.
- Ordering and maintaining adequate supply of warehouse provisions.
- Investigate shortages and overages.
- Recommend and implement programs, policies, and strategies to increase production and efficient space utilization.
- Monitor productivity, and adhere to budgetary guidelines.
- Maintain and coordinate communication with departments in order to properly manage inventory, ship orders, and ensure full compliance with all federal and state statutory requirements.
- Scheduling warehouse associates to ensure maximum efficiencies in completing all required receiving, picking, packing, shipping and inventory maintenance.
- Managing, motivating and developing warehouse associates to deliver the timely distribution and receipt of product.
Experience :
- Warehouse Management experience 5 years preferred.
- Pharmaceutical distribution experience preferred.
- Experience with DSCSA preferred.
- Leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate staff.
- Problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Highschool diploma / GED equivalent.

- Cincinnati, OH
- Monday Friday 12 : 30pm 9 : 30pm
