ABOUT THE ROLE
My client has nearly 2 years’ worth of work already secured and they’re looking to keep expanding, growing, and securing work to provide them with a healthy order book for the next 3 years.
They’re looking for a Senior Superintendent who has the capabilities of managing a $70M MTA Project, this project involves technical self-performing concrete and excavations, which could be retaining walls, platform extensions, station renovations, including structural steel repairs and installations of new elevators.
Your role will involve managing all the trades on site, scheduling and implementing the work on-site, overseeing the cost of the project, Change Order Management, design management, quality management, and managing / maintaining client relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
It is essential you have experience working on MTA projects, you won’t be considered if you’ve never worked on those types of projects.
It is also essential you have experienced self-performing concrete and excavations. You need over 5 years of experience working as a Superintendent.
