Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications in accordance with company policies.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Stay updated on hotel promotions, services, and policies to effectively assist guests.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Proficient in computer systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, hotel management software).
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
