Accounting Manager Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the accounting team, focusing on inventory accounting, CAPEX, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Oversee the budgeting process, financial forecasting, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Supervise monthly close activities and handle year-end financial reporting.
- Ensure adherence to GAAP standards, tax regulations, and provide support during external audits.
- Direct AR, AP, and general ledger functions while conducting detailed financial analysis and reporting.
- Develop business cases through cost analysis and profitability assessments.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance or accounting.
- Demonstrate strong analytical abilities, financial modeling expertise, and excellent communication skills.
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite; ERP systems experience is advantageous.
- Proven leadership skills with a strong emphasis on organization and team management.
