Information Technology Support Specialist
Responsibilities :
- Ensuring new device deployments and data transfers complete normally, and if not reaching out to the user to either resolve the issue, or escalating the issue through the development team for resolution
- Assisting in onboarding of new hardware, to ensure that as new hardware is required, it can be successfully deployed by facility
- Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows Images for Dell, HP, and Lenovo computers
- Support computer hardware upgrades, PC refreshes and data migrations
- Monitor imaging systems, Windows updates and service-now tickets
- Participate in weekly update meetings and contribute feedback from the tech support perspective
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree specifically in IT is required
- Familiar or educational knowledge of SQL and PowerShell
- Has installed and deployed MS laptops in the past
