Job Title : Technical Support Specialist

Type : Contract-to-Hire

Location : Onsite, 5 days a week, near Edison, NJ

Requirements :

• Education / Experience :
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of IT support experience.
• Proficient in O365, Windows OS, iOS / Android, Cisco, and RDP.
• Certifications (e.g., Microsoft, A+, Network+) and healthcare experience are preferred.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee onboarding / off-boarding, tech refresh, and deployment of new PCs / laptops.
• Troubleshoot workstation issues and manage mobile devices.
• Assist with minor tech issues for residents.
• Support PC / laptop security and conduct staff training.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalation support for the help desk. Apply Now
