As an Assistant Preschool Teacher, you will :
- Support our Lead Preschool Teachers to prepare children for kindergarten through guided instruction and child-led exploration.
- Use our STREAM-based curriculum to bring out the strengths in every child.
- Create relationships with parents and provide support through daily interactions and communication.
- Uphold the rules and regulations of Lightbridge Academy and governmental regulatory agencies about children's care, health, and safety.
- Support an engaging work environment by learning, collaborating, and building co-worker relationships.

Skills, Abilities, and Experience we are looking for :
- 1 year of prior experience in childcare is preferred but not required.
- Organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Oral and written communication skills
