Established Private Practice Group is looking to hire a Pediatrician in the Dayton, Ohio area!
Open to new graduates! Physician owned and physician led group with partnership opportunities!

- 12 Locations around the greater Dayton, Ohio area

- 45 Total Physicians - Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics

- Eligibility for full partnership in year 3.
- Partnership Comp available at Year 2 - Typically 80-100k in bonuses
- Four-day work week
- Shared call between multiple providers. Phone only with nurse line taking first call. 3-4 weeks avg / yr
- Three weeks of PTO, One Week of Sick, One Week of CME

Your Role with the Company : Pediatrician
- Full-time position - Pediatrician
- Location : Choice between Englewood or Centerville, OH
- Outpatient Pediatrics - Evaluations, Sick Visits, Developmental Check Ups, Etc..
- No hospital visits
- 20-25 patients per day - NP / PA Assistance with Patient Volume
- 2-3 Other Pediatricians on site
- Group emphasizes quality over volume
- Attend and participate in meetings and organization initiatives
- Shared call between multiple providers
Background Profile : Pediatrician
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Pediatrics
- Ability to have an Ohio Medical License
- H1B Visa Sponsorship if necessary available
