Entry Level Commercial Lines Account Manager
Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Commercial Lines Account Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our commercial clients while assisting with various account management tasks.
Job Duties :
- Assist in the preparation of insurance proposals, quotes, and renewal presentations for commercial clients.
- Conduct thorough reviews of insurance policies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, endorsements, and other necessary information.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing their insurance-related questions and concerns.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and certificates of insurance accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain electronic and paper files in an organized manner, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Assist Account Executives in the development and implementation of insurance strategies to meet clients' risk management needs.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as claims and underwriting, to provide seamless service to clients.

Expectations :
- Must hold a Property and Casualty insurance license
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
