Job Description
This position will be responsible for :
- Manage all aspects of Order and Fulfillment Management.
- Triage blockers for orders as flagged by internal ordering system.
- Track multiple deliverables / tickets with internal partners to closure.
- Manage Order and fulfillment related instances such as PO modifications.
- Flexible to accommodate working across different time zones, since it’s a global team.
- Engage with Business, Vendors and Internal stakeholders for Procurement and Fulfill PO requirement.
- Analyze PO data from numerous databases (using Excel, SQL and / or other data management systems) and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
- Superior analytical skills, with ability to dive in and quickly understand root cause and identify scalable solutions.
- Having advanced MS Excel and office is a must requirement. Ability to manage data sets (create VLOOKUP and Pivots).
Job Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field. A graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) and - years of capacity experience.
- Strong analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving.
- years of experience in Supply Chain, Order and Fulfillment Management.
- Fluency in standard software including MS Excel. Knowledge of SQL is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Successful characteristics for the position are the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment.
