Our renowned company client, boasting over two decades of excellence in the Nashville region, is on the hunt for a seasoned Project Manager to join their dynamic team.
Qualifications :
- Leadership, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
- Data-Driven Result Oriented : Analytical, in-depth experience in Office Project Management within Commercial paint, takes a proactive approach to problem-solving, coupled with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing circumstances, able to strategize and navigate challenges with ease, employing your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and deliver successful outcomes.
- Self-motivated attitude, teachable mentality, and coachable spirit
- Direct Estimator not required- but does need to understand the estimating process.
- Proficient with Planswift, Bluebeam, Core-Con.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is not required- but is a plus
- Located near or willing to relocate to FL
