NFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is currently seeking a Direct Care Staff for our Adult Services program located in Chelmsford, MA.

NFI's Wild Rose program serves three adult men diagnosed with traumatic brain injuries and various medical issues. The program offers residents a full range of services including assistance with ADL and medical needs, recreational opportunities, transportation, and direct care support.
Direct Care Staff provides active treatment, training and support services to individuals with disabilities served in the program facility.
Job Responsibilities :
- Giving medication
- Personal Care
- Laundry
- Clean up
- Trash
- Transportation (Driving the van and taking clients to day programs)
Hourly : $20.00 / hr
Full time, Part time and Relief Schedules available.
2nd (3 : 00pm-11 : 00pm) and 3rd shifts (11 : 00pm-7 : 00am)
Overtime opportunities available.
Job Requirements :
- High energy level, superior interpersonal skills, and the ability to work alone and in a team atmosphere.
- Current MAP certification preferred. If the candidate is not currently MAP certified and accepts the position, they will be expected to obtain the MAP certification within the first several months of employment.
- Must hold a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
