NOTE : The Project Management Resident position is an entry-level three-month temporary residency that will work remotely.

There is potential to go full time immediately following the residency. All full time employment will be expected to work out of the NY office in a hybrid capacity.

VaynerMedia is a full-service digital agency built for the now. We partner with clients to drive their business outcomes with best-in-class creative, modern video production, media planning & distribution, influencer marketing & everything in between.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate tasks, priorities & deliverables with team stakeholders (internal & client) throughout the project lifecycle
  • Schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, & reviews
  • Assist in writing small SOWs, as assigned by PM
  • Assist with client needs as they arise
  • Understands the internal goals of the team, & the goals of the client
  • Learn the ins & outs of a fast paced creative agency
  • Partners with applicable account team members to ensure project health, on-time delivery, & brand health.
  • Ability to take meeting notes with clarity
  • Understands the internal goals of the team, & the goals of the client
  • Perform successfully under tight timelines

WORK SCHEDULE :

You must be able to commit to a full-time work schedule, which is 40 hours per week during 9am-6pm ET business hours Monday-Friday.

We have three residency classes a year : January, June, & September.

Salary : $ per hour
