We are currently hiring for an Accounting Manager for our corporate offices in Salt Lake City, UT. In this position, you will serve as an integral part of the accounting team helping perform daily accounting duties, manage internal accounting processes and directly supervise others.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage 5 to 10 individuals.
- Perform hiring interviews and oversee training for new Property Accountants.
- Advise accounting management team and contribute to decisions regarding department policies and processes.
- Oversee monthly property close processes.
- Conduct property financial statement reviews.
- Perform corporate general ledger reconciliations.
- Support quarterly corporate closing process and financial reporting.
- Provide audit support.
Education and Experience
A bachelor's degree in accounting or related degree required with a minimum of five years of accounting experience. Previous management experience is preferred.
