What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain clear communication with our team and customers.
- Keep your company vehicle clean and well-stocked with necessary parts and tools.
- Manage inventory, paperwork, and uphold a professional appearance.
- Possess or obtain required certifications (EPA, DL).
What We Offer
- Salary : $85,000-$180,000 annually (hourly base plus commission and bonuses). Our starting technicians can make over $105,000 in their first year!
