Position Overview : We are looking for an experienced Personal Trainer who is committed to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and lead healthier lives.

As a Personal Trainer at Community Wellness Concierge, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients within luxury residential communities, providing personalized training sessions and wellness consultations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions with clients, focusing on individual fitness goals and objectives.
• Develop customized workout plans tailored to clients’ needs, preferences, and fitness levels.
• Provide expert guidance on exercise techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle habits to optimize clients’ overall well-being.
• Monitor clients’ progress, track performance metrics, and adjust training programs as necessary to ensure continued success.
• Foster a supportive and motivating environment to empower clients and inspire them to achieve their fitness goals.
• Collaborate with other wellness professionals and community stakeholders to promote holistic health and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized accreditation (, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal training, preferably in a luxury residential or high-end fitness setting.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional results and client satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, physiology, and nutrition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and build rapport.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others live their best lives.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed, to accommodate clients’ schedules.
