Our client is seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Manager to oversee and manage their IT infrastructure and cloud applications.

This role is crucial in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our client's IT systems, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory / Entra ID, SharePoint, Help Desk operations, and overall security measures.

Salary : $125,000 - $150,000 / annual

Benefits : 401(k), Medical / Dental / Vision, Paid Time Off

Schedule : Monday Friday 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm (Occasional extended hours and weekends may be required to meet business needs.)

Work Location : Remote (West / Mountain Time Zone preferred)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience :

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory / Entra ID, SharePoint, and Help Desk operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Entra ID migrations.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and IT infrastructure components.
  • Experience with security best practices and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to monitor and drive KPIs related to IT infrastructure performance.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Experience in managing and implementing change effectively.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator, CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Manage and optimize Microsoft Office 365 environments, including user management, licensing, and service integrations.
  • Lead Active Directory and Entra ID migrations , including planning, execution, and post-migration support.
  • Administer SharePoint environments, including configuration, user permissions, and site management.
  • Ensure robust Help Desk support , providing timely resolution of technical issues and managing a team of support staff.
  • Implement and monitor security measures to protect the organization's IT assets and data.
  • Maintain and support network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Ensure connectivity and performance for all networked devices and services.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to address and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring IT services and support meet or exceed user expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including end-users, senior management, and other IT teams.
  • Handle strong personalities and high stressed individuals with professionalism and care.
