Responsibilities :
- Collaborate closely with design leadership to enhance process efficiency, communication, operations, and management.
- Lead the design process and operations for biannual planning cycles.
- Seize the opportunity to master Air Table as we integrate this tool into our processes.
- Foster transparency among design teams, cross-functional partners, and third-party agencies.
- Engage in special projects alongside fellow design program managers to drive innovation and best practices.
Requirements :
- A minimum of years of relevant industry experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in design program management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse groups with confidence and insight.
- A user experience background is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in eCommerce environments will be considered a significant asset
Compensation :
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
