Associate Product Manager -Hybrid in Sevilla, Spain will consider fully remote in Spain

Are you passionate about driving product vision and strategy in a dynamic environment? We are seeking an Associate Product Manager (APM) to collaborate on a cutting-edge search and discovery product.

In this role, you will engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business and market needs, communicate priorities, and lead a development team to deliver valuable software solutions.

You'll manage a development roadmap that aligns with market demands and our internal objectives, ensuring smooth transitions from development to support and operations.

What you will be doing :

  • Maximize development team output within a Scrum framework to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Deliver on the development roadmap and prioritize the product backlog to optimize value and achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business needs and ensure efficient feature transfer to operations.
  • Create new user stories with clear acceptance criteria using standardized approaches.
  • Contribute to planning and implementation, including business process integration and end-user training design and delivery.

What you skills / experience you need to have :

  • 2-4 years’ experience as a Product Owner or a Business Analyst
  • Experience working with search and discovery products preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience with complex application development throughout the software development life cycle
  • SAFe understanding required
  • Strong communication and writing skills required
