Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain critical building systems within the Real Estate Division.
- Maintain knowledge of diverse areas such as electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, and cooling systems.
- Maintain, modify, adjust, calibrate, and repair equipment.
- Continuously update knowledge of most non-clinical equipment and systems throughout the Real Estate Division.
Qualifications
- One (1) year of electro-mechanical experience and good knowledge of hand tools.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to analyze electro-mechanical problems and determine necessary repairs.
- Ability to perform repairs after needs are determined.
- Versatility to fill other related positions as applicable.
- Valid Driver's License.
Pay Range
$19.68 - $27.06 / hour
