The Scope & Impact
As a member of the Ratings Technology & Data APMO, the Agile Project Lead plays an important role in the execution of key priorities and initiatives and the shaping of information provided to key stakeholders within S&P Global Ratings.
The role reports to the Global Head of the APMO and actively supports the Ratings Technology & Data Leadership Team and Global People Partner.
Responsibilities include :
Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of the projects and programs, in collaboration with the sponsors and stakeholders.
Partners with the Ratings Technology and Data Leadership team and the Global People Partner and key stakeholders through a collaborative planning process to develop, analyze, and implement variety of requests and initiatives.

Develop and maintain detailed project and program plans and schedules, and track the progress and performance of the projects and programs to deliver desired outcomes.
Coordinate and communicate with the project and program teams, sponsors, stakeholders, and vendors, and provide regular updates and reports on the status, issues, and risks of the projects and programs.
Monitors and checks in to assist with the production of required deliverables related to strategic planning and program review.
Tracks overall progress on priorities and initiatives.
Supports Technology Learning and Development Programs with project management and training scheduling.
Support our strategy planning process including but not limited to liaising with divisional strategy teams and ongoing assessment, tracking and reporting of deliverables.
Prepares analysis and materials for planning discussions. Plan and organize meetings, and presentations to engage and inform key stakeholders.
Develop content, activities, and guidance materials, and arrange logistics.
Prepare people-focused custom presentations and analysis in support of ongoing S&P Global Ratings Technology and Data key initiatives.
Analyze data derived from various sources in support of Ratings Technology and Data organization to support key deliverables as well as people-focused business proposals and projects.
This includes retrieving relevant data points, often merging data sets and visualizing data to provide precise answers to specific workforce questions.
Advise the Leadership team and Global People Partner on the impact of people data and business structure in Workday and necessary actions to implement organizational changes requested by the business.
Compile and submit related updates to Workday.
Skills :
Detail-oriented, with the ability to identify anomalies or inconsistencies, detect potential problems, troubleshoot to test thinking, and suggest additional analysis and / or new paradigms for framing new alternative solutions
Critical thinker : ability to aggregate data from disparate sources, and leverage and analyze data to derive insights to support decisions
Expert level in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) including experience with data visualization to support proposals for solutions or next steps
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects / competing priorities
Collaborative work style and strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively partner with and earn the trust of colleagues at all levels of the organization, including when working on sensitive matters
A self-starter with a keen sense of ownership and commitment to the work, and a passion for delivering results
Minimum Education and Experience :
5 years of work experience with an Undergraduate degree in HR, Finance, Business or a related discipline preferred.
Compensation / Benefits Information : (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
