As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Part-Time HR Specialist to help us build a positive and engaging workplace.
What You’ll Do :
- Recruitment & Onboarding :
- Collaborate with team leads to craft compelling job descriptions.
- Manage job postings and screen candidates to find the best fits.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Employee Engagement :
- Serve as a friendly point of contact for employee questions and feedback.
- Help organize team-building activities and recognition programs.
- Support initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- HR Administration :
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Assist in preparing reports and analyzing HR metrics.
Who You Are :
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous HR experience is a plus, but we value passion and a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- MUST have HR experience to be considered for this role.
