Kilter Termite and Pest Control has immediate openings for Licensed Pest Control Sales Technicians.? You must have a valid Branch 2 and / or 3 License with the Structural Pest Control Board to apply.

Job Summary :
You will perform pest control treatments as outlined on job orders. As a?Sales Technician, you will be responsible for understanding Kilter termite and Pest Control’s protection services and how to make recommendations to customers.
By performing thorough inspections and treatments, (including attics and crawl spaces) you will be able to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
Listening to Customer needs and clearly explaining practical solutions is essential.? You will also communicate with customers to set expectations for the treatment they will be receiving.?
Our sales Technicians :
- Dress professionally in company uniforms?
- Arrive on time and conduct a thorough inspection of the property.?
- Build self-generated opportunities, leads, sales and referrals to drive business goals.?
- Become experts at recommending a course of action for clients, provides estimates for treatment and repair and proposes repair costs, as necessary.?
- Can learn quickly.

Qualifications :
- Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record.?
- Must have at least a Branch 2 and / or 3 Field Rep license.?
