Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist Position :
- Process invoices for Accounts Payable - scanning, data entry, and filing
- Complete 3-way match and code invoices in the General Ledger
- Prepare checks for weekly run
- Research and resolve discrepancies
- Provide excellent customer service to vendors
Preferred Qualifications and Experience for the Accounts Payable Specialist :
- Associate's degree in accounting or finance OR equivalent accounting experience PLUS...
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Prior experience with a major ERP
- Prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
