MISSION :
Responsible for assisting Accounts Payable Manager in day to day activities.
KEY OUTCOMES (KPI’S) :
1) OUTCOME : Process daily Accounts Payable functions
- Process and code all freight invoices, 100 per week.
- Process day to day vendor invoices, 200 per week.
- Perform daily scanning and document retention functions for all invoices, within 24 hrs of system entry.
2) OUTCOME : Process weekly Accounts Payable disbursements
Process weekly check, ACH, EDI and EDI AMEX payments, by COB every Thursday.
3) OUTCOME : Support Accounts Payable and Finance Department
- Distribute weekly on hold reports, by COB every Monday.
- Assist with month end closing, which may include additional hours as needed.
- Assist with yearend audit requests, turn around target within 24 hrs.
- Other activities as assigned or as business requires
