These Customer Service Reps will be working closely with customers, suppliers, sales and technical support people to provide exceptional service to their valued clientele.

Job Title : Customer Service Representative
Job Type : Full-time / Direct Hire / In Person
Shift : Days
Pay : $22+ / hour; can be flexible for the ideal candidates!

These Customer Service Representatives will primarily responsible for the following functions :
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide pricing and enter quotes into the ERP system
- Process orders, confirm / provide status updates such as anticipated ship dates, delivery updates
- Expedite orders as needed and handle occasional returns and repairs
- Work with supplier websites and other resources to locate product, price and delivery information
- Develop great relationships customers, as well as suppliers
- Work closely with the sales team to meet / address customer needs
- Interact with various groups and team members throughout the organization in support of customer order fulfillment
- Manage BOM's
We will begin reaching out immediately to Customer Service Representatives who possess the following background profile :
- HS diploma / GED required, higher education valued
- MUST have previous customer service experience within a manufacturing and / or distribution setting! (Please do NOT apply if you do not meet this requirement)
- Comfortable utilizing technology including MS Office and ERP systems
- Comfortable working with an industrial product line
