We are currently seeking a passionate Solar Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This position calls for an enthusiastic individual who can effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy to potential clients.

The ideal candidate will work directly with homeowners and businesses, educating them about the financial and environmental advantages of transitioning to solar energy.

In this role, you will leverage your interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships, guiding prospects through the decision-making process.

You will also be responsible for conducting energy assessments, preparing customized proposals, and following up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to explain the benefits of solar energy solutions.
  • Conduct energy assessments of residential and commercial properties.
  • Prepare and present customized solar proposals to clients.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our solar products and services.
  • Develop and follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and changes in renewable energy regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems and financial incentives is a plus.
