Provider of over 40 high-quality, all-natural sweet and savory flavors, purees, concentrates, and blends, sold through distributors to foodservice, hospitality, manufacturers, and consumers.
Job Responsibilities :
In charge of the CA, NV, and AZ area.
Oversee existing distributors in the territory and establish relationships with new ones.Identify opportunities to generate revenue with distributor accounts.
Expand business in the region by discovering new distributors through sales reporting, online research, leads from events, and other sources.
Utilize Salesforce to document all customer interactions.
Collaborate with the Director of Sales to review and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual sales data for the region, as well as provide input for the annual budget.
Develop a communication strategy to address operational support requirements.Manage leads and development of regional manufacturers.
Supervise the West Sales Account Manager in the position.
Approximately 50% travel required.Accessible to airports.
Qualifications : BA / BS degree.
BA / BS degree.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with foodservice distributors.
Excellent sales and account management abilities.
Strong negotiation skills, along with exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines within approved budgets.
Experience using CRM software ( or equivalent).
Proficiency in MS Suite.
Base Salary : $80K + 20% bi-annual bonus. Company pays 100% of medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. EAP program, 401K, approximately 12% annual profit sharing, 11 paid holidays, vacation time, company-issued laptop, docking station, cell phone, and company credit card.
