The ideal candidate will possess experience with :
Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts to license video content such as cable networks, local broadcast signals, video-on-demand content and movie studio contentInteracting with other departments within the companyDrafting SEC disclosure agreements or M&A agreementsExperience working with the media industry is a plusA strong interest in learning about the US media business is a mustMaintain and help create model formsMaster the nuances of the company’s rights portfolio, product offerings and technology featuresManage the life cycle of the transactions to which you are assignedExcellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skillsAn ability to document complex technological and financial arrangementsAn ability to multi-task and manage high deal volume
Salary range is $140,000+ depending on experience.
