- Build and maintain relationships with vendors to align and manage expectations of service delivery / reliability.
- Coordinates the negotiation and execution of contracts with the Legal department and leadership.
- Creation & calculation and ongoing review of scorecards, metrics and operational goals tracking performance
- Experience with Master Service Contract (MSA) and Legal on Scope of Work (SOW) is required.
- Bachelor degree is required.
