Exciting Opportunity : Field Sales Manager at G-Energy Windows!
Are you a driven sales manager with a passion for leading teams? G-Energy is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts and drive growth in the home improvement sector.
In this role, you’ll lead a team of sales consultants and appointment setters, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to excel.
Your Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and drive company growth.
- Develop strategic sales plans and oversee implementation to achieve organizational objectives.
- Conduct regular field visits to support team members and ensure effective sales techniques are employed.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and sharing of best practices.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For :
- A proven track record in sales management and leading teams.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- A valid Driver's License and willingness to travel for field visits.
