We are representing a client in Fort Worth, TX seeking a leader in Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (QEHS) who will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive policies across multiple locations.
This role ensures compliance with all relevant regulations while maintaining and enhancing the company’s Quality and Environmental Management System, including ISO Certification.
This position is an individual contributor role with no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain and continually improve the Quality and Environmental Management System.
Conduct internal audits and support third-party ISO 9001 / 14001 audits.
Develop, update, and maintain QEHS policies, procedures, and manuals.
Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local safety regulations (OSHA, EPA).
Manage legal and regulatory record-keeping and reporting.
Conduct safety training, health and safety audits, and recommend safety equipment.
Skills & Qualifications :
Strong leadership in QEHS management across diverse teams and locations.
Experience with ISO 9001 / 14001 audits and maintaining certification.
Proficiency in managing compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of personnel and management.
Ability to analyze and solve complex QEHS challenges.
Ability to travel as needed for audit purposes
Our client offers competitive benefits package including Health and Wellness and 401K in addition to annual bonus.
Pay Details : $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
