Adelphi is looking to recruit Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NP / PA) to work in Lane County, State of Oregon.

Requirements :
- Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by the Oregon Board of Nursing.
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems, specifically EPIC / OCHIN
Responsibilities :
- Provides advanced nursing care in the treatment of acute, episodic,chronic, and psychiatric illnesses and disorders.
- Perform advanced care to patients under limited access to a physician or works in an environment where physician availability is typically limited.
- Works independently with minimal supervision providing diagnosis and treatment according to protocol.
