Director of Human Resources
Location : Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000 plus Bonus

MLM is looking for a Director of Human Resources who will play a pivotal role in shaping a collaborative and team-oriented culture within their rapidly expanding hearing healthcare company.
This position requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on management to support the development of cohesive teams, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational success.
Position Reports to : Senior Leadership (President & CEO)
What we are seeking in a candidate :
- Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution; provide insightful data to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions
- Strong HR Operations Management experience to include HRIS, HR Systems implementation and project management skills
- Strong benefits implementation skills
- Ability to analyze benefits and payroll administrative options as the organization continues to grow and evolve
- Tackle HR associated challenges and drill into the root cause of any issue, at all levels of sophistication
- Provide expertise in the following areas : Career planning, organizational integration, facilitation of cross-functional teamwork, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development
- Build positive relationships with employees on all levels
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance;
partner with legal department as needed / required
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
Qualifications
- 7+ years of HR leadership background
- 5 + years of HR operations management
- 5+ years of Benefits and payroll
